Problem Analysis

1,Hard to find the hospital and clinic by some preference, like distance.

2,It’s hard to check some of the insurance coverage, densely worded.
3,Problem with information layout and information hierarchy

Getting a student card is one of the main purposes of students visiting the site, the path is hidden deep and hard to find them.

4, Students can only get
the student insurance
card by taking a screenshot, there si no way to download, sent to email, etc.

1, Student insurance card

Through the user research found that the insurance card is the user to visit the site to use the highest frequency of an operation, so it is placed on the home page of the most conspicuous position.

The interface is presented differently when the user has not added a student card (new user) and when the user has added a student card (not new user). The new user interface displays a welcome title to increase user-friendliness, and the card displays a “+” icon for “add card”.

2, Recent Claims and Books

These two tasks are substitutes, so they have been placed in a secondary location below the insurance card to make it easier for users to access these tasks.

3, Quick Actions

Here users can access key features such as viewing insurance coverage or finding insured hospitals on a map

1, Student Card Details

This contains detailed information about the student's insurance card, such as whether the card is active and the expiration date, which can be easily accessed by the student as well as by healthcare providers such as clinics and hospitals.

2,Barcode

3, Download or Send to email

Website users only save their student insurance cards in the form of screenshots. The commonly used save file to cell phone and send to email functions have been added here so that students can send emails not only to their own email address, but also to a clinic or hospital email address.
